Dear Colleagues,

as some of you already recognized, the IERS CPP
file archive listing available as link no. 5 from
the web page 
   http://www.iers.org/iers/about/wg/wg3/cpp.html
doesn't work properly.

The reason was a server misconfiguration with 
respect to the http authentification.
Unfortunately this error doesn't occur from 
inside the local network here at BKG.
However, the problem has been resolved now and you
should be able to see the file archive listing.
If you are not able to see the listing, please let
me know.

Please note: You can also browse the contents of 
the archive directly by going to the ftp-server at
  ftp://iers1.bkg.bund.de
