Given all the email exchanges and the rather slow (and uncertain) pace 
at which the CPP is progressing, I think that your proposal is the 
right one at this point. There are already several "major", multi-year 
solutions by all techniques, and we could at least discuss these at 
this meeting, something which was not done during any of the prior 
meetings. This way we can find the details of what everyone is doing 
for several years now and not try to reinvent the wheel. We too need to 
make the travel arrangements soon, so we would also appreciate it if a 
final schedule for this meeting was decided ASAP. Thanks,
