Dear Axel,

Regardless of whether the IGS format is universally and permanently adopted,
it is clear that the discontinuity information is needed by users.  It is
most important to the VLBI analysts, of course.

If you can point me to a tabulation of the VLBI discontinuity information,
I will happily reformat it into the requested SOLUTION/DISCONTINUITY
format.  Any future reformating that might be needed should then be trivial.
