       	Title:  Description of the Earth orientation and reference frames 
       	        results submitted for the 1995 IERS Annual Report

    The global solutions submitted by the IERS Analysis Centres were analysed,
and results appeared in the 1995 IERS Annual Report (July 1996). Until the 
1994 IERS Annual Report, these descriptions were published in an IERS 
Technical Note as an annex to the Annual Report. The last issue is No 19
(September 1995). Starting with the 1995 IERS Annual Report, the publication
of the description of the series is transferred to electronic distribution.

   An anonymous ftp domain has been created on hpvlbi.obspm.fr, with the
descriptions of the analyses. It can be accessed as follows :

		 and password: your e-mail address

   The descriptions of analyses listed in Table II-1, p. II-13 of the 1995 
IERS Annual Report are deposited. The correspondance with filenames is given 
in the README file.
