Dear colleagues,

This mail to to remind you that the 1998 IERS workshop will be held in 
Potsdam, Germany, from Monday 28 September to Friday 2 October, 1998.

For those who did not yet register, please do so according to the 
instructions given in IERS Gazette 29 (reminder in Gazette 34) and on 
the following Web site:

http://www.gfz-potsdam.de/iers/

Other information, including hotel accommodations can be found at this
address as well. The scientific program is attached at the end of this mail.

Call for papers

We are soliciting oral and poster presentations for the 3 topics given
below. Technical presentations are welcome, and this workshop encourages and
provides time and special emphasis on technical discussions.

Please submit via e-mail your abstract to the Convener and the respective
Co-conveners of the 3 topics before August 31, 1998.
