Where can the software for implementing the new formulations be found? What functions are available? When will the complete or partial software be ready?

Fortran subroutines implementing the key models, supporting both classical and CEO-based use with equal accuracy and convenience, are available at maia.usno.navy.mil/ch5subs.html . A corresponding set of new routines has been submitted to the IAU SOFA Board and it is hoped these will join the existing WG Standards of Fundamental Astronomy (SOFA) during the first few months of 2003.
