The IERS began to publish new time series in Bulletin A and Bulletin B that list observed corrections to the direction of the Celestial Intermediate Pole (CIP) provided by the IAU 2000 A precession/nutation theory. These corrections are given for both the classical representation (dpsi and deps) and for the new representation recommended by the IAU (dX and dY).
