Fortran subroutines implementing the key models, supporting both classical and CEO-based use with equal accuracy and convenience, are available at maia.usno.navy.mil/ch5subs.html . A corresponding set of new routines has been submitted to the IAU SOFA Board and it is hoped these will join the existing WG Standards of Fundamental Astronomy (SOFA) during the first few months of 2003.
